Dear class of 2023/24, your years of hard work and dedication to your academic success have paid off. On behalf of the Queens’ College community, please accept my sincere congratulations on your graduation.
Graduation is a major life accomplishment, you should be proud of it. It is even more exciting if you see this as a step toward great success in the years ahead. You are laying the foundation for a better life for you and your family and, for the community.
Graduation is a time to recognize the completion of a program of study and to celebrate a beginning, the commencing of a new chapter in your life. You have worked hard to achieve this milestone in your academic career.
Your journey to this point may have seemed overwhelming as you coped with rigorous course loads, dealt with financial challenges, or faced other worries that sometimes put you in doubt. Through it all, you remained faithful to your goal—a symbol of your determination- The entire community of Queens’ College honors your achievement.
I hope you have benefited from your time at Queens’ College and have been witness to the College’s effort to advance as a premier College in teaching, research, and community service. I also know that you have also contributed to making Queens’ College a better place, to learn and thrive.
