Admission Requirements – Postgraduate Programs
Queen’s College offers a variety of postgraduate programs, including:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – General
- Master of Science in Accounting and Finance (MSc. AcFn)
- MBA in Project Management
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Admission Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- A passing score on the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) as per the Ministry of Education’s regulations.
- Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency requirements may apply).
Application Submission Requirements:
Prospective students must submit the following documents:
- Completed Application for Admission Form.
- Non-refundable application fee of 500 Birr.
- Certified copy of the undergraduate diploma and transcript (both student copy and original required).
- Official GAT result certificate.
- One motivation letter explaining the applicant’s purpose and goals for pursuing the program.
- One recommendation letter from an academic or professional reference.
- High school transcript (if applicable).
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Copy of a valid identification document (passport, national ID, or social security card, if applicable).
Additional Notes:
- Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions must be submitted within two months after registration.
- All documents should be in English or an officially translated version.
- Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance; admission decisions are based on a competitive evaluation process.
